About Us
Fernbaugh's Jewelers was started in 1933 by Earl and Geraldine Fernbaugh. The small jewelry repair shop grew into a jewelry store with a repair shop in house. Fernbaugh's moved to its current 416 E. Broadway location, in 1947. Since Earl Fernbaugh's passing, the store was operated by Alvin Scheerer, Florence Sutton, and Oris McGuire. Since 1982, the store is owned and operated by the McGuire family, Oris & Sally McGuire. Employees are family members - son Derek McGuire, daughter Lori VanDuyne, son in law Brian VanDuyne, and Sally's sister Reba McClure. Baylee Miller is also a part of the Fernbaugh team.
