Return Policy
Our return policy is simple...if you are not happy, we're not happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Fernbaugh's purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price within 30 days of your purchase*.
For a full refund simply return the merchandise, undamaged, to Fernbaughs within 30 days of the original purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item and a copy of the original receipt, we will promptly credit your account.

Trade In Policy
Here at Fernbaughs Jewelers we want to help you reach your dream diamond. With every diamond purchased from Fernbaughs, you can trade in to increase your diamonds size or quality. Our trade in policies are as follows.
• Jewelry items that qualify for trade in
1. diamond solitaire rings
2. diamond solitaire pendants
3. diamond solitaire earrings
• Diamonds must be in pristine condition, no chipped or damaged stones will qualify
• Diamonds needs to be traded for higher quality, or larger size
• No even exchanges will be made

Here at Fernbaughs Jewelers, we honor your privacy and make sure it stays private. We do not resell, trade, or give out your information to others. We believe that our customers are entitled to enjoy their purchases, not have to worry about them.
